Walking the talk All members of the Bonobo Presents team are responsible for minimising their own carbon footprint.
Location, location, location We commit to holding Bonobo Presents in venues with good access to public transport.
No cows We commit to our caterers providing meals incurring minimal ‘food miles’, whilst maintaining the highest possible standards of cuisine. For example, we wouldn’t entertain using apples from France. We also avoid using beef. The global cattle herd emits 37 per cent of all human-induced methane * – it’s all that farting they do, the dirty cows.
Easy with the lights We commit to minimising the amount of energy expended to put on the show. For example, we use LED-based lighting.
Clever cabs Where public transport is not an option, we commit to using hybrid taxis. Hybrid as in half-petrol, half-battery; rather than half-car, half-egret or any other stupid combination that might not get us there in time.
